 Teachers will suffer the consequences

Why sack teachers?

People are of the view that teachers must be held responsible for the  failure of their students. Teachers are considered as the agent to knowledge acquition . They are the custodians and repository of knowledge. But the question is must they be held responsible for the mas failure of our students?.

       Why so?

African children.

 According to  prophessor George mogoha and some Ghanaians scholars, Africans are found of inheriting either patrilinealy or matrilineally hence their children May inherit their intelligence. This means parents who perform poorly in school may have their children doing same.

 This strongly means Genotypically if your parent are 'morons', you may turn to one.
The bitter truth is that most parents have neglected their responsibility of nurturing children to become responsible citizens. Parents go to work early in the morning and come back home late in the evening. Meanwhile, psychologist are saying that proper care should be given to children at The early stages of their development. At this  time, they are quick to learn and also easily influence. Charity they say begins at home?. 

television and phones. 

In this our  global economy, children can assess information almost everywhere. Parents need to get time for their children and guide them about the contents to watch and answer their curious questions in a more matured way. Guide children to read more. Good foundation is the most important step towards growing your children future. If possible get teachers to teach them at home.

Pornographical era.

Sexual activities everywhere. Important programs shown on TVs turn to pornography. Some cartoons eventually turns to sexual materials. Children easily develop  interest in watching these sexual materials on tv and phones to the neglection of their Studies. 

Our educational system. 

Our leaders should develop vibrant policies that will equip and make our students fruitful on the job market after completion of schools. Education must ensure creativity ever than before. It's rather unfortunate and not surprising to see a first class student who find it difficult to solve a common analogy prose.  Politics must be done with care so as not to jeopardize the future of our future leaders.
